元は、今日が成人式、そして、何かと話題の多い今年の成人式。
 今では8日の成人式だが、東京23区では、新成人約8万3000人のうち、約1万800人が外国人だったそう。
およそ8人に1人が外国人なのだという。
ちなみに、1位 新宿区 外国人1,837人／4,004人で 45.8%
 2位 豊島区 外国人1,206人／3,144人 で　38.3%
 3位 中野区 外国人868人／3,205人で: 27.0%が、上位。
 　新宿区は外国人の増加に伴い、成人式のくす玉に日本語のほかに英語とハングル語を併記。
 日本で学ぶ外国人も、（全国で）その数はこの5年間で1.7倍。
 当然、都下でも外国人学生や職業訓練性が多いのが、その要因とみられる。

それにしても、レンタル予約で「雲がくれ」という窮境の詐欺行為、二ホンはどんな国？

One in eight people reaching legal age 　of adulthood in Tokyo is foreign
  Of the 83,000 people in the 23 wards of Tokyo who reached the legal age of adulthood in Japan this year, around 10,000 — or one in eight — is classified as foreign, reports NHK.
 This is largely due to the increase in young immigrants in Japan studying or enrolled on the Technical Intern Training Program.

 Reaching the age of 20 is celebrated annually of Coming of Age Day in January, where everyone who hit the milestone over the past year is invited to a ceremony. ～

 　The area with the highest number of non-Japanese people coming of age was Shinjuku with 1,700 people (accounting for 45.7% of the total people to reach adulthood in the ward),
