政府は国家公務員の定年を65歳に延長を検討するための閣僚会議を設けた。
 同時に、人事院にも60歳から65歳までの給与等に伴う、新しい人事制度の詳細も検討するよう指示。
(この4月からの）来年度の2019年度の国会に法案を提出し、2021年度からの実施を目指す。

現実には、すでに65歳定年は、多くの職場で事実上実現していると思われるが、ついに法制化となる、。。
 高齢になるまで働き、自分はもとより他人を楽しませ、地域や世の中から歓迎される、そん人になりたい、もちろん、お金の心配などせずに、、。

 日本なら実現できる？、それでこそ、「働き方改革」。
 働けど働けど、我が暮らし楽にならず、、、

Japan to raise govt workers' retirement age to 65
 The Japanese government decided at a meeting of related ministers on Friday to raise the retirement age for national public servants from the current 60 to 65 in stages.  The government will ask the National Personnel Authority to consider salary levels for workers aged 60 and older, aiming to map out details of the new personnel system and the schedule for its implementation on the basis of the agency's study.

 Bills to revise related laws, such as the National Public Service Act, are expected to be submitted to the ordinary session of parliament in 2019 at the earliest so that the retirement age will be extended in phases from fiscal 2021.
