 歴史的建造物や国立公園、文化遺産などの観光地の整備を目的に、、。
 観光庁が目論むのは「出国税」、日本から帰国する際に課税。
イギリスではすでに、そうした税があるそうだが、日本での実現は、、、？
これまで、せいぜい「イラ～ッシャイ」と呼びかけ、日本国内での税の免除などやってきたのに、、、、、。
 外国人観光客は昨年2400万人を超えているので、1人に1,000円を課税すると、240億円になるとかの「皮算用」も。
2020東京オリンピック時には、4,000万人の観光客が来れば、などとオカミは、税金を取ることばかりにご執心、、、。

Japan may tax foreign visitors to spruce up tourist sites
 The Japanese government is exploring the idea of introducing a tax on foreign visitors to raise funds that would help pay for improvements at tourist attractions.

 Historic houses, national parks and cultural assets are among the sites in regional areas that would be targeted in an effort to encourage tourists to stray off the beaten path.

But the idea is far from concrete and could end up throwing cold water on the ongoing tourism boom. It remains unclear, for example, how much would be levied and whether the tax would be limited to foreigners or cover Japanese travelers as well.
